For me I don't see anything wrong with hese here
https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=151661.0
I tried to order one but for some reason I can't get past the country/ region part of the check out form .
For my limited use of one I feel that " bolt on " type is fine just to check a airgun from time to time.
Now in bargain n gate a guy posted a cadwell on sale for like $61 , but I he hawed around and missed that deal.
For me it's had to invest a 120 in one for what little I would use it. ( But m also cheapskate)... Lol..
I'll try AliExpress again this weekend and see if I can compleat a order . So far I get to my address in and then at country / region and it fails to add and can't proceed with the order. ? ?
Good luck.

I have a magnetospeed V3 and really like it. One of the reasons I like it so much is that I can use it at any gun range. I bought a traditional chronograph (shooting chrony I believe) and while it worked well, it was finicky about sunlight when outside. I also wasn't able to use it at a gun range. Nice thing about the magnetospeed is that It attaches to the gun so no need to have it spaced out in front of the gun, which meant when testing my handloads I could do so at any gun range. (It's known tech now, but have had several RSOs approach me about what kinda bayonet I had, lol)
The V3 is made extra sensitive to work with airguns, but I have heard of several people using the cheaper Sporty model with magnets to make it work on airguns.

I have an F1. It works, but is finicky. Also got the cheapo green Caldwell. It has never not-worked. It's unfinicky, and it will output to an app on my phone or tablet.
Since I got my Caldwell, I haven't touched my F1. TBH, don't even know where it is, so maybe I don't got it anymore.

Depends on your budget, use for both air and powder burners, if set up is a issue for you at a range, and probably a few other things I am forgetting.
I had a Chrony optical chronograph. After getting a lot of Error 1 and Error 2s, I asked for a Magnetospeed V3 for my b-day and my ever so wonderful wife got me one.
More expensive than other optical chronographs, but I have not had a miss shot, can use it with my powder burners, once I know which spacers to use set up is about a minute, if I am at a range I dont have to wait for the range to go COLD, or address distance from muzzle to the chrony.
I can import the data (CVS) into a spread sheet from the provided micro-SD card. I worked up my own spread sheet with the formulas to get energy, ES and then output to a graph. As I understand it, there is an attachment you can purchase separately and then download an "App" for your mobile device. Frankly, I am tired of the "We have an App for that!" trend. Just me.
On the same 9v battery that came with it, as I understand it, LabRadar is something of a battery hog, and some people will bring an attachable battery for long sessions.
Being attached to the end of the barrel does change your POI, but I have figured out the drop and use the hash marks to adjust accordingly.

I have a Competition Electronics Deluxe and love it. It connects over Bluetooth to my phone, speaks the speeds, logs everything so I can recall it later, makes a PDF of the results, ...
Works great for everything I have, and I fully expect it to work with everything I plan to have.
Worth every penny.

I have a ProChrono but if I were to do it again, I would get one that has built-in lighting + bluetooth. This would be my pick. In fact, I should probably sell mine for this...

I have the basic Caldwell and been super happy with it. Plug in a tablet and you have a huge display with full functionality. Always reads for me and had it a year or so.
