I got mine about 84. Wife bought it for me. Still have both and they are fine  Installed a Williams sight. Really like the accuracy👍

A friend of mine recently spotted a gun bbl. sticking out of a trash can in front of a house with an eviction notice on the door.
Turned around and went back and pulled a 347 out of the trash

It would still hold a little air and had some kids initials carved in the stock. He recently re sealed it and it holds air and shoots just fine now.
Shame about the carved stock though.

There's a lot of wood on Benjamin stocks.  If the initials aren't too deep, he could sand them off.

I got a 342 with an initial carved deep  in the stock.  I just covered it with a decoration of my own.

That's a great idea.  It's stuff like that that keeps me coming back to read these posts every day.  You never know when something you see now might help you out later on.
