Same as JSAR / XISCO?
many names, same gun?
Is it any good, and it it safe? When I ask "safe" I mean has it been around a while, is the tube good steel, safe? Good manufacturing?
I like the looks of it

Yes well designed solid guns, they can be a little rough around the edges, but clean up and shoot great.
We even have a fan club for them here, I'm sure Wayne and others will chime in soon.

Sebastian they are as James said rock solid, I've been inside of my .25 prototype which has the longer air tube on it as well as the gauge mounted at the front of the airtube instead of being mounted on a gauge block inside of the airtube. I recently opened the ports on that gun and it made a significant difference in power, I was out testing it this morning and it's extremely accurate to say the least. I do prefer the side lever like the .22 in my signature. The gun that you show there is still available here in the US for about $45 cheaper than the new side lever guns but that doesn't have the longer air tube and your shot count per fill won't be as much as the newer model. I'm liking both of mine a lot and soon I'll be opening the ports on the .22 as well, I'm sure that it will do extremely well once that I'm done with it even though it's really nice the way it is.

Thanks for the quick reply, good to know its a solid platform...
didnt know the version I linked was the older one, and that there was a newer model.
The one Im hesitating to buy is a .22
Any ideas how long the barrel is on the one I linked ?
, and I cant find out how big the airtube is as well?
Also, is that plastic weaver over the barrel a shroud that is functional ?

The shroud on the barrel is enough to tame the bark, but not as quiet as many others, mainly when turning up the power, on lower power shot count and noise is manageable. The barrel if I recall is 16" give or take 1/2", mine easily pushes slugs to 40 FPE.

ok, so a barely medium good shroud, and I think I found an Italian site where it said something about 495mm, that would be 19.5", but maybee they did measure with the shroud, looking at the gun it sure looks the barrel is a bit shorter then 19.5"
