peak dome and wc. the sequel

i tried them both in my .22 b40 and rws 34p today. sad to say the domes didnt do to well in my b40. the head size is to small. it shot everything else great. rws domes,points and hpoints. as well as hn finale match 13.75gr. she likes pellets that have a snug head fit(what woman dont. lol). the peak wc on the other hand did very well. the head size is a tad bigger and shot well out to 30yds. i dont have pics cause i dont punch paper. i shoot spinners and stuff like that. i did repaint the spinners before shooting so i know how they were grouping. with my redneck setup(you can see it under the shooting table post) i was doing about 1/2in groups at 20 and 30yds. my 34p does better with the domes because of a smaller breech but the wc were way up there in accuracy. the smallest spinner i was hitting was 1in and they all grouped well in the center. the scopes used were a bsa 3x9x50AO on my b40(review to follow) and a 3x9x40 hawke airmax on the 34p. you already know that im not impressed with the hawke and waiting on my new/used 3x9x44 side wheel adjust. scope that i traded for the hawke. i cant wait to try that puppy out. i never had a 30mm scope or a side wheel and i will do i seperate review on that in a couple weeks. in a nut shell i would say the peak pellets are a good buy for accurate plinking and if your breech is on the smaller side, the domes will work well. i am more impressed withe wc pellets and will buy more of them when i run out. i hope you found this review helpful and imformative. How's the Peak pellets work in your AS392?I may have to try some in my 392 if they work in yours. Would be nice to find something as accurate as the Superdomes/Superpoints for less money.

the domes work pretty good and never really tried the wc cause they are a pain to load in that gun. have you tried fts pellets? PA sells the hn ftt(same as fts) and sport wc in the 500 tin for a very good price. i ordered 4 tins yesterday and they came out only a few bucks more than the peaks. and i didnt use the discount code either. they are both alot better than the peaks and alot cleaner
