did some looking found out the bully 45 cal uses a m16x1.25 thread pitch on barrle i would like to know what the 30 cal and 35 cal uses and i like to know the shroude o/d and i/d i dont got one of the rifles yet any one on here know this info would be greatly help full

I did cut about 6” of the shroud off my .45 and have it on hand to get the measurements. THE .45 SHROUD is: OD 25.90 mm, 1.019”. ID 21.74 mm, .855”. The clear baffle inside is 21.25 mm, .836”. The overall length of the shroud is about 26”. Might be a tad bit longer. I guessed at the extra length of the threaded end that screws into the reciever. Didn’t want to pull the LDC and shroud off. I liked the looks of the shroud covering the barrel before Neil’s LDC. If you get the .45, let me know. I have lots of spare orings and McMaster Carr numbers if you need them. Darrell

does any one know for shure about the shroude threads on web site for ldc says 18mmx1  is that 18mm x 1.00 or 18mm x 1.50 metric

i can confirm the barrle od is .600 and the threaded nut is 1/2 20 on this 30 cal the 45 cal uses a m16 x 1.25 thread will have the 35 in soon and i check it

thank you mister neal the internal threads on the bully qe shroude he said m23x1.0 if any one can under stand what i am doing and has a thread guage i like to know the out side threads on the shroude that does thread shroude in to action to hold it tight i got i pict showing how mine was set up i got the herculis on itsd way i see how its made when i get here i cant blave some one on here ant done done all this to mod the bullys

would it be safe to say the o/d of the shroude is 1.019 would a person say that it be 26mm =1.02362

o/d of threads that go in to action on shroude are .977 o/d with a metric pitch 1.0 maby that figures up to a 25mm

checked the hercluse 35 cal dont know how they do it its got 1/2 20 threads barrle must be thin waled i guess what does the o ring do thats on the threaqded end that goes in side the action when shroude is snug its pinched betwen action and shroude

got the 26mmx28mm carbon tube cut and mounted on my bully i had maby 1/4 of a inch left after the cuts had to take it all apart took shroude off then barrle in order to get it from weaver base mount back to action then had to slide barrle througt tube secure it then had to slide metal factroy shroude throught that took a little time but it all worked out good looks nice this rifle has the bull pup weaver rail on it its solidsome what ant tryed to twist it yet

checked the specs on the hercules .357 the barrle and shroude are the same for it as is for the bully same o/d and same length barrle its self is 23 inchs long that from crown to breach over aLL total length the shrode is right at 26 inchs then when screwed ib to action from action block to the end of uncut shroude is 25 3/8 long barrle sticks out from action 20 1/8 there is very clost to 6 inchs of the shroude past the crown in witch i cut the shround back 1/2 back from crown leaving 1/2 of 1/2 20 threads when ldc screws on it flushs out even with cut off shroude pinchind the ldc tight up agaib the shroude the 1 inch qe shroude does not do to much to quiten it down helps a little
