Hatsan Flash notes

I took the Flash to the range two weeks ago,  I had to adjust the scope full down, and full to one side and it still needed Kentucky windage and hold under. The shots were all over the place.  This isn't good. The Flash has a combo rail. It works with Pic and Weaver, and there's a 11mm dovetail on top of the pic. The rifle came with scope and 11 mm rings, but the supplied rings did not really fit very well because the Pic interfered with the dovetail. I went back last week  with some new rings for the Pic rail. It went from about 12 moa to two moa. I know that the little Flash is more accurate than that because I can see the bullseye moving around about the same size as the group size.
