If this hadn't been 3 in a row for me I would have looked into some other offerings but I think for me this will end me getting anymore non 100% U.K. built rifles from the BSA line up

Sorry to hear your BSA is poor quality. To be honest the only Air Rifle manufacturer still in the UK is Air Arms (even the stocks and barrels come from Italy and Germany) BSA (Birmingham Small Arms) actually went out of business officially in 1978. Maybe they assemble in the UK but everything comes from Gamo (Spain and China) I lived in the UK for 12 years (before I left 6 years ago) and most manufacturing is no longer done in the UK. Most probably the box that it came in, is the only thing made in the UK. They should not be allowed to mark their guns with "Made in England" anymore

Unfortunately this rifle was marked BSA Birmingham ENGLAND, on the compression tube with laser etching and Stamped on the barrel, I know Gamo is making everything but the barrel? I read on BSA's site not log ago that the barrels were still being made in Birmingham England, whether that still true on not I don't know? but it a shame these guns have gone to Spain for manufacture, Gamo has ruined these rifles!!!!
