Colt replica CO2 by Umarex

This little replica is just plain fun. No tin can is safe.
I ran a shot string using two types of pellets. This was all on one cartridge.

Note 1:   There were at least 5 or 6 shots that I did not record   
Note 2:   Fired another 18 shots after this but I did not get the velocity.

 *   Indicated that   I stopped to   reload.      
I noticed that if I too quickly the velocity is very low, if I wait, and shake it then the velocity is very high.
Shots 15, 27 and 40 were noticeably higher than others, I think that this was when I stopped to reload I jostled the Colt around a bit. Maybe next time I'll shake it between every shot.

I decided to try a couple of double loads since we all loved that in our Marauders. I put a CPHP in first followed by a wad cutter. I also tried loading two wad cutters. I shot at a 55 gallon barrel in a deer feeder about 25 yards away. I could hear the double hit da-ding!

Cool Shooter! I bought one 2 months ago and rigged it to tether to any 320 CGA CO2 bottle with HPA quick couplers. I even went out and bought the holster and an extra 12 .38 carts! Very similar to the Ruger Single Six in feel and weight "Little Joe" here I come! BTW,  Try using the lighter 7.0 grain Meisterkugeln pellets.Those seem to work the best for short barreled guns.................. Now, I'll have to go up and crony mine! dave

I bought the Excite econs because Pyramid Air recommend them.
Everyone likes to take a turn with this little guy. I'm very surprised at the accuracy of this one. I think that the barrel is longer on this one, 7 inch I think.
