I drew up the internals of the Nova with what looks like it may be the best way to repair the Poppet valve that leaks. This is to show the layout inside for those that may need to take it apart to give you some idea of what goes where. I have acquired some peek to make this valve but want to get an original valve 1st so when I stuff it up I don't sit without my gun. I made one in Delrin ( Acetal to be exact ) which does seem to hold air. I had to straighten the valve before it held and was wondering if its not the valve stem bending that makes it leak in the 1st place.
This is on the Liberty PCP, but I suspect this part of the pump is very similar.

The pump mechanism is underneath the valve assembly so thats not on this one, and I haven't taken my regulator apart to measure and draw as I'm 100% sure ill screw it up so that's not in a cross section. Its also worth mentioning this is not 100% to scale I measured parts like the valve body, poppet etc and eyeballed tings like the grub screw locations probe length etc.
Nice work Michael! That really helps to visualize what’s going on in side. Thanks for sharing!
