Disco trigger advice

Here’s my take on improving the Crosman trigger on the cheap.

Pictured is a 2240 but most of the principles apply to a Disco.

Got the trigger assy put together.  Need to put the air tube back together and adj the screws.   

FWIW: A ballpoint pen spring, cut in half and spiraled together, has a similar compression to the 0.020" dia wire spring, I purchased today.  The pen spring wire is 0.015" dia.  The pen spring is a slightly smaller OD, but looks like it would work fine.

If you want to reduce the 2nd stage pull weight, you can bend the sear (hairpin) spring to have a tighter angle but GO EASY.... Just 5 degrees makes a BIG difference.... 10 degrees and it will fire when you breath on it....   

Yes for me it is most important and I am thinking to add some screw to adjust it also for particular hammer spring preloading - see the picture.
Particular these trigger set is really nice because it has three enough long levers.

Is that going to work once the safety button is put back in?

I am not owning  Disco  therefore I am not able to tell YES or NO. 
Sorry I never use safety button  . My gun newer stay charged.

Remove and smooth the "half-cock" notch. (Caution.. the half-cock notch is a safety feature. Removing it should only be done by experienced users.)
