Different scopes overseas?

Do scope manufacturers have models that are available in Europe / Asia that are not available here in the states?
Specifically, looking for the BSA 4-16X44 AOEYS
 This scope really peeks my interest, checks all the boxes. However, any English info on it is almost nonexistent.
I normally have pretty good "Google Skills", only find it for sale on very few locations.  https://www.bukalapak.com/p/olahraga/hunting/aksesoris-hunting/cntsz7-jual-rifle-scope-bsa-hunting-4-16x44-aoeys-ir. What's more BSA's website does not show it. But then they did not show my Catseye model either (discontinued).
Everything looks genuine, but do you think it is a knock-off... or a version not available in the 'states?

 Yes Optics Planet is usually my "go to" for scope information.
I did see the Prevo and was thinking is may be a 2nd choice, but it is a 30/30 reticle. I am kinda fond of the MilDot now that I have been using that.
