Trail NP XL laser sight suggestion

Any recommendations for a laser sight and mount to add to my Trail NP XL? I’m looking for something  to accompany my 4-12 scope for low light, close range posting. Anybody try an offset mount for this application?

Not exactly what you are asking for in an offset mount, but I use scope rings that have accessory picatinny rails on the top for a few of my guns.


I also use these on my scopes for mounting various lights and accessories.

On my 1322 carbine setup, I use a Sightmark Red Laser. The laser is low and on center to the bore. Mounts with weaver mount & UTG dovetail to weaver adaptor. The laser is mounted upside down, but it still has works great. My 6x UGT Scope is mounted on a scope riser mount to move it higher and back a bit. So the laser is infront of the scope on the steel breech, it doesn't affect the line of sight.

You've both come up with good solutions there. 

I was hoping to get the laser as close to the bore line as possible without disrupting my current scope setup.  An offset mount like this...



...mounted under and between my scope mounts with a compact laser on top might do the trick, but not sure if the laser light will clear the wide objective lens end of the scope.
