It'll need Hydro tested. Any dive shop would know where to do it, maybe even your local welding gas supplier or Fire Station can assist.about $20-30 and good for 5 years if it passes. I say snag it... price is right.
To visually inspect and hydrostatic test a scuba is $65 to $80 in the Dallas area. Still that's pretty cheap. You still need the yoke and fill hose with the probe for your rifle.
