Chris,Here are some scba 4500 psi cylinders with manufacture dates in 2005. The pictures show some from January 2005 and March 2005 for $75. I would email them and ask for the youngest tank they have.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Scott-3000psi-30min-SCBA-Air-Pak-Bottle-Cylinder-Breathing-Tank-Mfr-2005/263931714471?epid=12023630512&hash=item3d738e5ba7:g:MDQAAOSwwXVbmGMUI built my own fill adapters with parts from Northshore Compressor, August Industires and Nuvair. Thanks,Taso
A hydro test is between 25 and 40 bucks. I get mine done at a fire extinguisher company. I hydro'd my ebay tanks within the return window so that if they failed I could get my money back from the ebay seller.Taso

Those ebay tanks that you show are 3000 psi tanks and won't work on PCP airguns.Bob

On eBay, I usually go for 2-3 years left with current hydro for around $110 just for the tank (60 minute/88CF).
