Thanks for sharing!  Great work too!  I've been wanting to see one of these taken apart.  I'd like to get my hands on one to see what I could do with it.  I think it still has some more oomph left in the tank.  I would see if I could make a valve seat out of PEEK and open that up some more.  I'm betting you can get 60 fpe out of that little bugger   The PEEK alone on my Bullboss and AT44 brought my power up 5-10 fpe in .22(depending on tune and ammo).  Have you attempted to get at the valve seat on it yet?

I just watched the rest of your videos, and they answered a lot of questions I had about how that Flash is put together.  Thanks again for posting those!  So much so, I ordered a refurb in .22 from Hatsan   We'll see what I can do with it when I get my paws on it...

After I looked at your videos, and the parts diagram, I'm convinced your valve seat may be a choke point on your flash.  In other words, something rather simple may keeping it from making a bit more easy power.  The valve stem appears to be identical to the one in the ATs, and I'm guessing the valve seat will be too.  If that is the case, the opening on it is probably only .160 or there abouts.  You can open it up to .190 pretty safely.  A 3/16 drill bit and some rolled up sand paper should get you there without much fuss.  I just thought I'd throw that out there, if you're feeling froggy

Just go on youtube and search "airgunners edge hatsan flash", and you'll find his videos.  He did a few, and they are very informative, especially if you were wondering how the flash is put together.
