What! Another Hatsan gas ram repeater. The 'Speedfire". Break barrel plastic stock, plastic shrouded barrel, Quatro trigger, SAS, pic rail and rotary magazine. Sorry, it's ugly. Google it or Hard Air Magazine. Midawy list it as not in stock yet. What so you think?

I think Hatsan has a winner this time. IMHO it has all the "Right Stuff" to finally put Hatsan back front and center.
The recent contenders Hastan was making were just lackluster unlike the days of the Hatsan 95 Springer/Vortex line.
I'm into PCP now and my springers have become "safe queens" but the "Speedfire" kindles my interest again which
I didn't think was possible in the springer/gas piston arena.

What I think ? You're right indeed ! It is ugly !!

The magazine loader looks complex to me and also the ergonomy looks odd...

At the other hand, like Gamo, Hatsan shows innovation !

Seems like they'd put an adjustable comb on since their design forces a high-mounted scope to clear the magazine.

That magazine means that a scope would have to be mounted very high and that would raise the centre of gravity of the rifle and possibly make it wobbly or at least top heavy. No doubt that would effect its accuracy. Apart from that it is an awkward looking piece.
A high mounted scope will make it more awkward. UGLY.

Thinking a Reddot scope might be the answer to the high CG of a regular scope.
It will be interesting to see a comparison video between the Gamo & Hatsan though.

Seems the comb of the stock is  inline with the receiver. The front sight folds up and down, for use with open sights and down for scope use.
