My impressions of the Gauntlet just got worse- Lemon-

Well, since Monday's post when I unboxed it from S.Guide it has went down quickly. First off the shroud and bottle was loose, no big deal tightened everything up. Finally got around to shoot it last night and shot it once. I did say ONCE! It will not reset the hammer to shoot again. So, boxing it up and sending it off to Umarex USA. S.Guide will not return it for a refund. All I can say- what a piece of &^^&! I am not at all impressed with it. The cocking effort back and forward is incredibly HARD. The trigger is springing and feels terrible.  My Gamo Urban is by far a better quality rifle for a low budget pcp. I don't know why I aggravate myself with these kinds of rifles. I'm going back to my FX, Cricket, and Career rifles.

Contact Hijimoto on this forum. he speaks highly of this gun. I'm surprised he didn't answer up.

See if he could do a member a fav and look over the gun.
