PCP FRIENDLY AREAS IN SUFFOLK COUNTY , NY?

Anybody out there familiar with suffolk county, new york. it's a nice area trapped on long island behind that great wall of grief known as new york city.  I am seeking friendly pcp shooting opportunities with like minded people in this area. Anyone with knowledge of shooting ranges that are not overun with range rats, pcp shooting restriction/hunting restrictions. i have been on dec website 5 times and can't get a clear answer. I am not looking for cowboys, just laid back folks that enjoy the sport. thanks

Good Luck finding anywhere on L.I. to shoot other than Nassau, and Suffolk ranges.

Brookhaven Range RT 25-A ~3 miles east of the William Floyd Pkwy on the north side and about 1 mile west of Calverton National Cemetery

Suffolk county outdoor shooting range off Freeman ave in Islip it's a 10 dollars and 80 for the season Thell let you shoot anything I shoot both pcps and crossbow and there very safe

I live another 25mi's west of you so anything favorable that can be found closer in than Brookhaven would be a +.
Here are a couple that I found,  but have not yet visited.

ISLIP TOWN RANGE
(Outdoor range)
Rifle and Pistol. Open Sat. & Sun. 9am to 4pm One block south
of Spur Drive. 631-224-5479.

LONG ISLAND SHOOTING CENTER
(Indoor range)
130 Freeman Avenue Islip. M-F
10am to 9:30pm, Sat. 10am to 5:30pm, Sun. 10am to 2:30pm. 631-665-7011.
