107 now on the Nutters and a Red!

January has been very cold and snowy and the nutters have kept holed up for the most part, getting a thaw today and they are active. Got a red this morning and a grey later on.  The red was 35yds off a yew bush digging around I had the Disco and a hunter extreme. Great shooting buddy and nice pics!  I thought I posted yesterday but now I can't find my post.  That happened twice last week.  I must be losing it

About 3/4 of the snow has melted here with the last 2-3 days in the 40's, but we need at least 1 more "warm" day to see grass and I don't think we are going to get that until maybe the weekend.  It's back to mid 30's the next few days.

Thank you guys! up to 111 now and 2 reds this week. Dropped in to the 20's yesterday and was 9 this morning here Harry. The nutters are still coming in, they must be short on supplies

Nice.  I figured out why Starlings seldom come and no squirrels although they were all over during the summer.  2 cats take turns camping out in my yard.  One 14-15 yards from the bait oand hides behind a tree (like birds & squirrels can't see her).  The other one hides behind an old playground/slide in my backyard that I 've had for years since my son was young and about 12 yards from the bait. 

I gotta figure out what to do with these cats that are ruining my pesting efforts, and they also eat most of the cat food.  I only discovered them (although I 've been suspicious for weeks) when a squirrel would bark at something every day and I couldn't see what it was from the small opening in the window I shoot out of, until I started going out every time it barked, and saw the cats run out of the hiding places

Just got # 112 waiting for a red, had a sharp shined hawk around yesterday but I did get a red. No starlings here so far.
