Taming the hatsan 125+ gas ram drop in kits?

Looking to get my 125 usable, gun is a scope killing machine.       Looking at gas Rams but seems the custom air seals ram is the only option available.    Anyone have experience with it?

I know the nitro xl is popular but I don't have the tools or knowledge to make the parts to make it work in the gun.     

Any help on taming this gun would be great.  Had it since 2012 I think and think that was the last time I used it after it shattered 2 utg scopes in a summer.

Ugh, just shot it and noticed how aweful the lockup is on it, can put lite pressure on the barrel and it will move down.  Will have to figure that out first before I drop money on a ram.

When you say the barrel will move down... Are you talking about slop in the lock up? Or that it comes out of battery with little effort?

Slop, if I push down like I was going to cock it again it moves easy.

Maybe a beefier spring behind the wedge pin would give you more positive lock up? You might possibly be able to shim up the existing spring for more tension?
