Help! Streamline is jammed

Testing some pellets and got me a bad jam with H&N Sniper Magnum (22 cal). Happened on the second last pellet in the magazine. As far as I can tell I may have partially double loaded the last pellet as well. Can't get magazine out. Can't push cocking handle all the way forward. You got any advice for me?

I haven't had great luck with H&N's chambering in any of my .22's.  I did use up about half a tin of Hunter Extremes recently, they weren't as accurate as the JSB 18.13's which is a hard pellet to beat.
I haven't got the Streamline myself but I've got the SPA M16 and I actually did a double load by accident with the H&Ns and the second one did chamber hard but it did, I shot at a tree with that double load and sure enough two hits side by side.  I honestly think the way the inside of the skirt is on those H&N's has a lot to do with it.

You’re going to have to remove the barrel, three bolts on the top of the action within the dovetail rails in front of the magazine need to be removed.  Twisting the barrel side to side and pulling from the crown end the barrel will come out.  Use a strong correctly sized cleaning rod from the crowned end of the barrel and gently tap out the lodged pellets.  Wipe the barrel O-rings clean apply silicone greese and in a similar way reinstall the barrel.  On the barrel you should see the 3 pilot holes where the three set screws were positioned.  Re-tighten the barrel set screws.  Good luck you got this!  Simular thing happed to myself but it wasn’t pellets it was cleaning patches in the baffles, all my fault.  But I got them out with no issues.  Be gentle, work slowly, and it should work.  You may have to re-zero your scope, not by much in my experience just a few clicks.

Nothing to it.   . Conquering the fear is all.  Won’t hurt your rifle.  Use caution on those double loads in the future my man, cheers!

You may need to remove the barrel to get the pellet out in your case, but as far as cleaning goes, that is a lot of work when all you need is this.

Yes, I have the Crown Saver and that is what I am using.

None of this is needed to remove the jammed pellet.

Get something and tap the magazine until you sheer the offending pellet.
Give it a pretty good whack and shazaam........problem solved.
This is how it is done. Not, Taking the scope off, removing the barrel, lining up transfer ports and whatnot.
As to cleaning, all you need is a pull through with patches and a solvent. The barrel doesn't need to be removed for that.

Just as I was getting ready to take scope and barrel off I saw TunedAccuracy post. Sounds a bit scary cause a mag is a cool $60 but I went ahead and gave it a try. Took small piece of scrap wood, about as wide as the mag, and gave it a fairly gentle tap with a rubber mallet. Out came the mag and the offending pellet, with part of it sheared off. Never expected a plastic mag to hold up so well against a lead pellet.

Will never again try H&N Sniper Magnum in the Streamline. The flare on the skirts is a bit too large. I like the ballistics but they just don't fit right into the magazine.

Christian, so glad you were able to “gently” coax the magazine out with TunedAccuracy’s method! I bet you let out one heck of a sigh of relief! I am worried I will do something toopid to my new DHRXL...fingers crossed, knock on wood..LOL! Very happy for you . By the way, does FX make or is there an after market single shot loader for the Streamline? That woulld enable you to shoot any pellet.

gracious I was so relieved! Had to immediately celebrate with a nice IPA. I mean, screwing around with a $200 springer is one thing. A $1000 PCP, that's a very different story. I don't know if there is a single shot tray available yet for the Streamline. You can just pop a pellet in by hand, right?

Christian look at the inside of the skirt on one of those H&N's you'll notice its tapered on the inside whereas a JSB is flat, I honestly think the probe swedges them some when chambering, I've never had a problem when loading them in my PP700SA they seem to fit just like the JSB's do but with that gun I use a pellet pen to load it and flush it easily with my finger.
