Scope opinion: Nikko Stirling Nighteater 6-24x56 MD IR or new Edgun 12x44 MPR 2

Hi there, I have to decide is it worth to change.

I have NS Nighteater 6-24x56 with illuminated mil dot reticle and it's OK but now I have a chance to sold it and get the new Edgun 12x44 scope with MPR 2 reticle and 34mm tubus.

Price was about the same when new but NS is used, so I would have to pay more for the (new) Edgun scope.

Is it worth it?
