Hawke knock-off?

Did the Chinese name a scope MODEL a "Hawke"... 
Ebay listing reads
 "Made in China"
 "Brand: Unbranded"
 "Model: HAWKE4-16X50"

 I see no reference to this scope on Hawke's website.
The box shown does not look like the factory box I received my Sport HD scope from Hawke in.
Seems nothing is sacred.

I'm sure if you ask the vendor, they'll pack it into a box of any name brand you prefer

Actually a very quick search will yield the same (or very similar) scope - some marked 'HAWKE' and some not. Most vendors do NOT put the name in the listing, but the photos kind of give it away. Some make sure none of the photos show the name!
