I have a Viper that came with one of these scopes – I’m wondering if anyone knows the manufacturer and how robust it is. I posted this already in the optics section of the airgun gate, but I don’t think too many people are checking that forum out. I have it on my Crosman Vantage at the moment.

Unless there is a brand on the scope you are unlikely to learn the actual manufacturer. Since most (if not all) inexpensive scopes are made in China I am not sure that information would even be meaningful.
Scopes included with air rifle packages are USUALLY of a lower quality than those scopes you would purchase as a stand alone idem. Included scopes may or may not even be springer rated. Many do not have an adjustable objective.
They are generally included simply as an inducement to purchase the airgun. For about the same price, most people would choose the gun with a scope over the gun without. Some of these scopes work well for an extended period of time. Some fail shortly after installation.
Use the scope. Enjoy it while you can. Begin saving for its replacement.
