1077 seals?

So the 1077 we have has started leaking as soon as a co2 cartridge is installed. I can hear it hissing faintly. Noticed that the shot count and power were dropping before I noticed the hissing. So replacement seals. I see there are a few listed on ebay. Should I order one or two direct from crosman? They don't look that hard to replace. Thanks, Kurt

what if we removed all the warning labels, and let nature take it's course?

Order them from Crosman. Better quality.
Getting the tube that goes into the valve to seal is the real bugger.
Moving this to the pcp / co2 gate.

Thanks longhunter! I currently have some pellgun oil soaking on top of the seal to see if that helps. I read it my swell the seal enough to help it seal again. If not I will give crosman a call and order from them.

Don't lube the oring seals on each end of the tube. They should go in dry. I've changed many of them in Crosman 357 and Vigilantes not to mention 1077s. Dry is good on the tube.

I opened the parts list from crosmans site. Only the parts list shows up, not the diagram. Looking at the parts list this is what I think I would need. Can someone tell me if this is correct?
38-028 - filter
T4-041 - Piercing pin
38-128 - seal
Thanks
