Who makes this LDC?

2 of my LDC's  have been clipping my pellets...I got the 1 on my Recluse fixed but, the LDC I have on my Sumatra is made differently.... I drilled it out to 7/16" for max clearance....sounds great but still clipping...i peer inside and I see what looks like insulation sticking out...So, I figured that's what the maker of this LDC uses FOR NOISE DAMPENING...My question to you is this...well, it's 2 questions: 1) who makes this LDC and
2) how can I get that insulation from grabbing my pellets as it passes through? I've tried tweezers, brass cleaners, drill...it never stops coming out....Anybody?.....Reason I'm asking does anybody know the maker of this LDC is because I may have to let them fix it...thanks

Nobody is going to be able to identify the maker without pictures. The Korean Sam Yangs can be problem guns when you add an LDC because of the lack of quality control with their threads and bore alignment. If the LDC is clipping it needs to be aligned to the bore of the gun so it has to be corrected on the gun. Unless you know what you are doing then it will require your open the bore slightly, if you have any knowledge of how to dress the seat on the back of the LDC then you can adjust it at the back and not touch the bore hole, but this will take someone with experience to do.
