But you gotta love it when your spring guns shoot this

I know I love mine! I just put a new scope on my TX, sighted it in, and decided to shoot some groups. It had been a while since I had done any airgunning, so I needed a reference to compare. Out came the D48. I ended up spending the rest of the day slinging lead with my black beauty. Many say the TX should be more accurate; but I shoot better groups with my D48.

My 48 will take out beer caps all day at 35 yards.

I had a 48 with a VORTEK kit.
It was good but the stock was a little short.
Sold it and bought a 52.
As you know the 52, 54 and 56 have a stock one inch longer than the 48.

My 52?

2000 model in the orginal box, with RWS "C" scope mount and original factory warranty paperwork-not filled out.
7.9cpl......1090fps
I shoot 10.5s at 900fps though.

my .177 48 T06 with Sniper medium pellets is wicked accurate, been killed Starlings with it at 55-60 yds offhand..at 30 yds it will shoot a tiny 5 shot ragged hole if I do my part.. my mod 52 .25 is accurate but its so hold sensitive with its slow lock time its very hard to shoot accurately.. but if you do everything perfect it will shoot dime sized 5 shot groups at 27 yds.
