Miramar air base

Based on the last thread, it seems like there's quite a few SD residents in the GTA forums. I am a beginner and have never been hunting with a pellet gun, partially cause there's no place nearby (live in La Jolla) but I recently found out that many army/marine bases with large grounds sell hunting and fishing licenses as long as no military excersises are taking place that day. has anyone tried this? I'm only a couple miles away from Miramar and god that would be great!

if that holds true,then pendalton would be great too.im in san marcos,just a short drive away.
