Crosman Quest 1000x

I believe it is a b19 variant. Any mods I can do to it? I have a GRT-III Trigger on the way.

A properly fitted pivot washer will stabilize the barrel (instructions attached).  You could also give some thought to a replacement piston seal such as Air Rifle Headquarters New Tesla 2

open up a leade in the breech. it will make loading pellets easier, and your thumb will thank you.

I'm working on a friend's Quest 1000X.  So far I've put a Leapers 4X mildot scope on it:

I replaced the stock screws (the ones on the forend) with button head screws M5 X .80 X 16 from Lowes.  The stock screws are 14 mm.  So I cut a couple of threads worth off the ends of the replacement screws.  I really like those replacements over the phillips head screws.

When I get it all done and run several hundred pellets, I might give it back to my friend and will post the results.
