Membership application

Got a chance to take my new Marauder (Gen. 2, .22) out to a range where I could stretch it out a little.

Really been wanting to see if I could make it into the N.U.A.H. Club so here's my application.

Wind 2-5 mph, left to right
All 5 w/in (or touching) 4 MOA ring (10 o'clock shot just nicks the ring using Eagle Eye)

The wind was variable and swirling so that was the biggest challenge.  After shooting my targets at 100 yards I moved in to some (approx. 2") spinners at 30, 40, and 50 yards. When I wasn't trying for groups the wind became fun!

Not sure when I'll get back to that range but I know it has moved up on my priority list!

I don't usually go up to that range.  It's free and can get a little nutty at times.  It's also got to be over 8000' elevation so the air is thin and I don't like to shoot my springers there.  Now that I've got something that can shoot there I'll figure out how to make a couple more trips.

Getting there first thing in the morning on a weekday might be the trick.
