Disco cocking issues

So I've been having issues with cocking on my disco. Has extended bolt probe and then got a prod hammer and endcap from discosrus. I cocked it about 5 times and now it's stuck. I've read about polishing everything. I want to buy a hone for the airtube as I did for my Mrod. What size is the ID? I believe .75"? Also what would I use to polish everything else ie hammer, bolt, all that's involved with cocking. I have a dremel and drills. Thanks
