Walther lgv Barrel cost from umarex? & Conversion?

Decided to keep the one I was selling but I'd like to swap it to .22 caliber. Does anybody know if they're available and what the cost would be? They're not open today.

Also I'm thinking of taking the 17 caliber Barrel assembly and swapping it into a 20 caliber. How is that Barrel attached to the block?

Without answering any of your questions I will tell you I priced a Diana 34 barrel from Umarex last year.  They wanted $160 at the time.  Needless to say I kept shooting the old barrel (it's still fine, just a bit loose at the breech).  Another member here checked with them also and got the same barrel price but Umarex wanted to install it.  That would add their labor and shipping both ways.

Are you SURE you want a barrel on the LGV?

Very sad that most of us cringed when we read only one word in the title of the OP.  Personally I've had one dealing with them and it was positive.  I bought a reman AG that upon teardown had a terribly nicked piston seal.  The sent me one N/C.  Too bad opinions are formed more on what is read in these internet forums that tend to over ride personal experiences.  I do not like the prices they charge for replacement parts if they happen to have them in stock and really don't like that they will import and sell a $500+ airgun without having repair parts on stock. 

Unfortunately I have my eyes on the Walther Century and either have to buy it through one of their dealers or importing directly.  Until such time I'll keep smiling shooting my Weihrauch from AoA.
