What is up with the GTA ?

True! But Boss's Corner explicitly forbids complaining in that section. It's up to mods and admin to try to answer those, but we do not make the decisions and do not know the logic behind all that happens.

I was a Moderator at GTA once so I know exactly what your paid.

First of all, I did not volunteer, I was asked and willingly took it on under no delusions of payment of any kind. I have done the work that was requested, which is documented. As a mod, I am still a member of the public and try to answer their questions to the extent I can.

You, however, can certainly volunteer to be a mod and help answer the "complainers" questions.

And it's been awhile since I stepped up with the offer.
I quit when someone I didn't like bought this site. Now Rick? Can't say much against him.
Probably one of 2 or 3 people I haven't met face to face but want to!
Manny (Nomadic Pirate) is moving to the main land and I WILL visit him!
Rick is WAY down in Texas and I'd love to meet him.
Being retired now? Both are on my list to shake hands with.
Being ASKED to be a Mod is not like being Drafted. You took the offer and I'm positive you weren't threatened.
So Yeah. You volunteered.
And I fully expect you will play the Moderator Card and warn or Try to ban me for my posts.

Interesting assumption/projection. I haven't tried to get anyone banned and wasn't considering targeting you. I don't care if you meet Nomadic Pirate, and Rick invited everybody to his expo. Keeping personal vendettas isn't likely to promote more sponsorship of the site.
