The 45T01 was a 34 action with a 45 style stock. I had the pleasure of owning one for a little while.
I handled the 'Crosman' 45 at AoA a few days ago. It's a porker, compared to the looks of that one. I'd get it for that, sure.
From what I understand the model 45 with the round trigger guard is a model 34 in a 45 stoch. That seems a little high to me. Especially when you can get a new 34 for right at that price with a better trigger.
