Penetration test results

Using my 202 filled to 3000psi of HPA I shot a 3 1/2 inch phone book (DRY)to see if I could catch my 105 grn SWC's.  To my complete surprise at 50 yards the first shot shattered and did not pass through the book but at 75 yards the bullets passed through and ended up just on the surface of the berm in the distance.  I would say that at the slower velocity at 75 yrds the bullets give good penetration but surprisingly at medium distance velocities the SWC's mushroom pretty well.

Now thats some power. 3 1/2 in phone book aint no joke especially at 75 yds.

 I guess the lead being close to pure is the reason your expending ALL the energy on that poor phone book    That expansion is pretty incredible, J
