$751 shipped. Looks like someone got a nice deal if it goes thru. I'm kinda leery when a seller has no feedback at all, just joined when he listed the gun, and has no other items for sale. Hope it works out for the buyer.

There are certain protections with Pay Pal and Gun broker.
Then again, you have to be able to actually get the product.

I won this auction but "the "Chinese Stock" (??) has "suddenly broken in half at the trigger" and the slide is scraped and needs to be reblued etc etc etc. "
"Send as is" with option to return" I replied.
Then it was worth more to him as is and etc.

Let's see if I get a photo as promised. If I do I will post it here. If not I will give a non positive rating on gunbroker.com

I have not yet been able to pay so it is not a scam. Perhaps it sold for far less than he wished?

Sounds like a case of "Seller's Remorse". If so I would certainly leave a negative feedback on GB. It was offered with no reserve and you had the winning bid. Funny that the "stock broke" only after the auction closed.....

We won't get to see the promised photo of the "broken gun".

The seller, AWAL123 of Gunbroker auction #516511375 now has my negative review.

When doing so I discovered that the item was relisted as Item # 518664874 within 48 hours. That auction was ended less than a minute later. Why?  I do not know.

Perhaps this was because it was well within the time allowed me to settle make my payment??? I am not sure.

If I hadn't filed the issue with Gunbroker ,  I would likely have been accused of failing to complete the sale when my time was up.
 AWAL123 could have made himself a good seller at my expense.

While we all hate to file a negative review, especially "F", this is a lesson. We all need to make all such reviews for the benefit of others and sometimes to protect ourselves.

Thank you! I've only bought off GB once (Diana 52/.177) and all went smoothly. Unethical sellers need to be called out to alert other buyers, and I'm glad you did.
