b40 12fpe spring

im looking for a good replacement spring for my 22 b40 that is 12-13fpe. im not a hunter, i just like a smooth shot cycle without the sensitivity. it has already been tuned by MM with the china spring and shoots great now but it will break eventualy. preferably just a drop in spring because the fella that will do the changeover for me already has all the lubes and stuff so i dont need to spend the extra money on everything else. oh, and what piston seal would be a good match? thanks
