last year i purchased from tony a 24" hand lapped barrel with leade cut for slugs.  well i sold it as i really liked the compact power and accuracy of my condor SS.  well now i had some spare $$ and purchased a 18" 12mm Condor SS 25 barrel hand lapped and leade cut.  as i'm now shooting primarily slugs, i wanted a barrel more set up for it.  the barrel is very sweet.  rifling is crisp and sharp and shiny (of course it is on the old barrel, lothar walther quality shines).  you can almost NOT see the leade work he did, and it is beautiful in that aspect.  I also got a Talon Tunes quick change top hat, as i wanted a few extra FPS at of course the expense of more air, but i also wanted to really crank the power down so i could basement shoot and not burn up so much air.  Time to really start playing with these slugs... see what kind of Power i can get out of them.

15 shots.  973 hi 958 low 15 FPS ES and 961 fps AV.  63.5 FPE with 31.02 rat snipers.  About to play with 45 grains snipers and the 34 grain nielson's.

i love this little rifle.

chrony states the 34 Nielsens went 925 over 13 shots.  about 14 fps extreme spread.  sweet stuff.  still tuning a little
