I was shooting the .25 Hatsan M125 today and I noticed that my point of impact had changed. I had my old RWS branded 4X32 AO scope in regular (non-Weaver) mounts. Thinking maybe the scope had given out I went ahead and removed it and the mounts. Upon further inspection I found that the rear scope ring had been pushing back on the built in scope stop plate. The recoil was forcing the rear scope ring back with enough force to bend the stop plate.  So I removed the plate and switched mounts to a sett of Weaver mounts so they’ll engage the cut outs in the scope rails. Remounted the RWS scope and a few clicks of adjustment had it zeroed.

just a wild guess here, but I think you need to start running heavier pellets

Nathan, I know the Hatsan springers have a reputation for stout recoil.  I have a Diana 350, which is also notorious for its recoil.  I put 1 BKL double strap, and 1 BKL triple strap mount on mine (scope is a Hawke Sport HD 3 -9 X 40) and have had no issues since.  These are a bit pricey, but they have gotten the job done for me.
