To answer some questions, it was shot with the crosman premier lite (7.9 grains, I think). The Vortek kit was the full power version with the vacuum seal, with 3 of the 5 spacers installed. I've never chronographed it so I have no idea what the velocity is. I do HIGHLY recommend the vortek kit to anyone who is considering it. It completely eliminated twang and noticeably increased accuracy when I installed it.

I have shot a Pro Sports with Macari internals and fully tuned hw97, and really did not notice a difference in smoothness.

I recently aquired a Airgun Technology Vulcan bullpup in .22, but I have yet to shoot a group close to as good as this one with it. To be honest I think I still like the springer better than the little bullpup, but that might change once I finally get the little guy out on a hunt.
