I think
With 5 of the 6 exhaust ports plugged by set screws, and spring preload set to minimum (clockwise all the way in), the gun shoots at 10 FPE for 20 shots from 185 bars down to 110 or so with a spread of +/- 20 fps, an average of 760 fps with Crosman CPL pellets. For a humble little 50cc air cylinder and a gun at this price range, I am not complaining!
After a quick recrown job, the accuracy of this gun is quite good with JSB 7.9g and CPL 7.9g. I have only tested the gun with a 2-MOA red dot sight, and get about .20" 5-shot groups at 10 yards.
The trigger is adjusted to be light. The second stage is still just a little bit creepy, but certainly acceptable.
The gun is loud by itself. An LDC balances the look, better distributes weight and quiets down report to indoor-acceptable levels.
The shoulder stock wobbles a little. I put a small piece of tape on the should stock tube (where it meets the rear of the grip), and that removed most of the wobble.
With the LDC, optics and shoulder stock installed, the gun weighs in at about 7.1 pounds. It is easy to hold (one hand on the grip) and shoulder. The center of mass is just about right at the grip, with a little bit to the rear. I like this mass distribution better than that of a long rifle with more mass to the front. With the red dot sight, target acquisition is very quick. Set to the right brightness, the 2-MOA is actually accurate enough to shoot small enough groups at 25 yards. Using a .25" radius kill-zone, the point-blank range of this set up is from 12 yards to 35 yards.
I am quite pleased with this set up and will probably sell some of my other guns that this little gun displaces
