If you go too high on the regulator pressure, you end up with no "headroom".... ie the difference in pressure between a full tank and the setpoint pressure.... That severely limits the shot count.... Lots to think about when you are trying to build a high powered, regulated PCP, as the two concepts are basically going in opposite directions, and you have to overcome those opposing trends to make it work successfully....

Makes sense, finding the sweet spot in the middle I am sure can be a daunting task.
