Shipping an air pistol

Morning everyone,

I have an air pistol that was my son's. He passed away in May and I may have found a home for it. I know NOTHING about how to ship this thing, can you ship air pistols USPS or UPS? I am sorry to intrude in this gate with this kind of question but am frankly going crazy trying to manage all this........

Have tried to find the answer on the web and just get lost in legalize.

I ship via UPS though have used FedX .. never tried the post office, though would think they would as well.

It might depend on where you are shipping it to.  I don't think it's a problem inside of Wa.
