Condor SS with new stock

So, I have been working on making a stock for my CondorSS. This is the second one that I have made. I made the first one out of rock maple, and ended up using it for firewood. I was trying to shave off about a 16th of an inch, and set the router fence a little too short. Ended up "dropping it" and breaking into a million pieces.
I made this one out of Poplar. It is a lot lighter. Poplar is not nearly as dense as the maple either. The maple one weighed in at nearly 3 pounds, this one is 18.2 ounces, just over a pound. I made a larger cutout in the buttstock area to reduce the weight a little. I kinda like the skeleton look. I really like how light the Condor is, so I really wanted a light stock, or it just wasn't worth it. I finished it with truck bedliner from a spray can. I like the finish. It is textured, and has a little bit of grip. It sure makes the gun more comfortable to shoulder. I figured I would throw a couple of pictures up here if anyone is interested. Have a great day.

Thanks. I like the way it looks pretty well. I like the way it feels shooting a lot though. I will try to take a few better pictures. Those kinda make it looks a little funny to me.

Looks great! Did you draw up plans or did you just play it by ear?

I sketched it out. I wanted to retain the lightweight of the rifle. The scope I have on it is heavy. The stock weighed in at 18oz so it worked out pretty well. I shot it some with the new stock yesterday afternoon. Still accurate and everything. The last stock I fitted must have been stressing the frame somehow, as it was shooting to the left a little, even at short distances. This one bolts on pretty easily and POI has not changed. That is a good thing.
I set out targets and checked zero at 50 yards. I covered the 10 shot group with a quarter. Thats good for me. Anything under 100 yards (soda cans) were hit first shot. The farthest shot was 166 yards lasered. I was resting on the hood of the truck on the bipod. Fun morning. I like the feel of the new stock.

Here are a few more shots of the Condor stock. After shooting it for a while, I really only have one gripe: The pistol grip is a little blocky. I might shave it down and form it to my hand a little better. The bedliner paint I am really pleased with. It has a little texture and really feels good. I am pretty careful with the gun, but no dings or anything have shown up yet. I like the idea that the forestock, the pistol grip and the butt of the gun are all attached. It makes it very solid and there will be no frame flexing.
I got my longest shot with it this weekend, 201 yards to a water bottle. I actually got it twice. I can tune it up to 81 ft/lbs, but typically shoot it at about 50 ft/lbs or a little over for a good 35 shots or so.
