2240 SSG Shot String Graph... A thing of beauty

I finally got around to graphing my shot string averages from the 2240 SSG tuning and I couldn't believe how well this looked like a textbook example of why we fit SSG's:



Anyone have opinions/experience/data from fitting a SSG to a fully tuned CO2 QB78? Based on Bob's information, I'd guess that a gun running 1100-1200 PSI may not benefit much, but stock CO2 pressures I'm guessing are blasting gas.

To answer your question, yes a QB running a stock spring and hammer will waste a lot of CO2, very much like the 2240.  Especially so if it is a free-flowing rifle (e.g. tossed the miserable fiber filter, replaced the tiny transfer port) which I take to be what you mean by a tuned QB.

Yep... Exactly. Inspired by your HPA build I did pretty much everything (I think, if I missed something and it's not part of your secret sauce, by all means let me know!) I think could be done and still be able to shoot on powerlets.
