easy cheap spring compresor

a member ask me a bout this type spring compresor it works but if the action is not help down good spring presure can make things move so make at own risk all i used this for was to take the 1/2 pre load from the spring then ever thing just was easy to disasemble used on a b19 action was made from left over chevy motor parts

You could just slap it in some wood with a stop and some blocks on the side and it'll be very safe.
