Benjamin Titan in .22 for like $149
It had Jim Shokeys picture on the box.
I was tempted, but resisted because they cut us back to 4 days a week a month ago

Mine has neither.     They are totally re-modelling the store and the air gun section took a hit.  Was in there yesterday to see if they had the pistol and thought I would pop for one.  All they have are a couple of RS2's and the standard Air Hawk combo, plus the usual small fry stuff.  Lots of paint ball, though.

Mine has the New Benji Titan, Ruger Air Hawk, Ruger Explorer, and the Ruger pistol. They also had some arrows and a target for bow and arrow, that were a nice price.

I too heard that WW was remodeling and from a recent  newspaper article as well as the web that they were trying to be more "gun friendly". Aint seen it yet. But kudos to them for stepping up but seeing is believing. Next time I see a titan, not a gp, I'm picking her up. Crosman Titan that is. Their ad I heard stating its a Benji is true but there is no pic rail and their scope is no AO and no sling. The love of misleading advertising. If I see one I am opening the box!

Yes, more gun friendly here. The Wallymart where my wife works got firearms back a couple of months ago. Been eying that Ruger pistol, but haven't gotten the nerve to buy one.

Ours has the Explorer and the Ruger airhawk also.
I guess we must have one of the more rural redneck stores because ours has always sold guns and ammo since they came here.
And yes, I wish someone would do a test and review on that ruger breakbarrel pistol. It looks very interesting.

this walmart here in huntsville texas has every thing i have read posts about exept chronys,they have phantoms for $60.00 the barrels will fit a titan with a little file work 177 open sight  with a 177 barrel my titan been shooting about 1000 fps not broke in yet so it my go down or up

The walmarts near where we live (50 and 90 miles away) are pretty gun friendly. Farm country. Lots of ammo for shotguns and rifles, pellets & BB's. Pellet & bb rifles and pistols. Firearms at the larger ones.

During pest season we see farmers going in and buying shotgun ammo by the case and some by the pallet if they have lots of sunflowers to protect.

Probably a bit different in the cities but for our area it works.

my walmart has the ruger pistol and 2 other breakbarrel rifles, the titan, the beeman rs2, and a beeman sporter?.....the sporter looks real nice too!
