im at a stand still!!!!I have a chain model shoe box that Ive had for over a year, never has missed a beat!Anyways I rebuilt it 2 months ago..used it prob. 15 times since then but the past 4 weeks have been hectic at work so I hadnt gotton to shoot any.Fired it up yesterday and it wouldnt build pressure.cut it off tryed again and it filled gun.after that no pressure at all!My guess is upper cyl. cause its no pressure even starting.bleed it off and it lets out a 80 psi poof!Been chasing my tail since.Any one ran into this?

Check for a leak around the bottom of the block that the HP nipple comes out of. There's an o-ring under there that can go bad on the early models. If that's the problem, contact support and they will call you and talk you through the fix.

Found the problem...had to think outside the box though ;DI was shocked because it was a oring that doesnt get any real abuse.Cup. fitting in the whip that hooks to my guage then into my gun!I could see the cup. that goes to my nipple cause of the constant connect and disconnect but Ive never removed this one since I put it on.It was all tore up.What mislead me was that I rebuilt the shoebox 15 hours ago...thought i missed something or scarred a oring.Shes up and running again.Thank you for the support. Will remember that oring in out-put nipple.never changed it but will next time I rebuild.Thank you again
