Air Tank & Regulator for BAM B50

Hey PCP users,
Can a 20 Cubic Ft oxygen tank & regulator from Harbor Freight (regulator - 230 bar max) be used to fill my BAM B50?
I understand that I would need to buy some additional accessories to properly connect to gun.

Can this cheaper $100 set-up work on a PCP or are there other limitations I don't understand prohibiting or significantly diminishing it's usage?

I assume you know that using OXYGEN in a PCP is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and could cause any internal lubricants to explode causing injury or death.... If you could find somebody to fill it with air (and you shouldn't be able to) then the output pressure of the regulator would most likely be way too low to be of any use for filling a PCP....

Use the proper equipment for the job.... something as dangerous as HPA deserves your respect....

Thanks for your comments; yes -> never considered using pure oxygen as fill, but understand the need to cover all bases for a "newbie".
That being said, I completely forgot that "code" would prevent a licensed professional from filling a green oxygen tank with plain air! 
I want to be a penny smart, but not a pound foolish .

Can you recommend a "dirt cheap" tank/regulator setup?

After reading a few of your posts, I think the face of a Rocket Scientist is likely underneath that Darth Vader mask.

I am not aware of any "dirt cheap" tank/regulator setup suitable for 3000 psi fills.... The least expensive would be the 90 CI 4500 psi Ninja with 3000 psi regulated output, just under $300.... That is only a 16 CF tank, so you will only get about 1/5th the number of fills as you would with an $800 Great White 88CF or similar (and they aren't regulated).... If you tune your B-50 for a 2700 psi fill or less, you can get away with an 80CF 3000 psi SCUBA tank (again, unregulated), which is the cheapest way to go, but your number of fills won't be much greater than from the 90 CI Ninja....
