After being a synrod early bird, I am not jumping on the crosman wagon again. I really want a gas piston though. The Diana ntec's are looking pretty hot!

That does sort of seem to be the gist of it.  While not a bargain basement entry level gun the NP2 is half to 1/3 the cost of some german (and other) super guns.  This for a break barrel type gun that seems to this newbie to be insanely touchy to shoot.
